Easy Returns – Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Items – Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refund Process – Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items – Certain products (personal care, customized, perishable goods) are not eligible for return.
Exchange Option – Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
Shipping Costs – Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Product Condition – To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Easy Exchanges – If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange or replacement instead of a refund.
