Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipment
- Same-Day / Next-Day Shipping – Orders placed on a working day are shipped the same day
- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
- Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and tracking link.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from confirmation.
- In rare cases delivery may take longer. If we anticipate any significant delay, we will notify you promptly.
3. Dispatch Days
- We dispatch orders every day except Sundays and Public Holidays.
